This extensive renovation involved retaining the original house and preserving its beautiful heritage features while extending and remodeling the ground floor. A second storey was added, featuring four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area, creating a perfect blend of modern functionality and timeless charm.
In addition, we constructed a double garage with access via the rear laneway, incorporating a gym and games room above. The project also included a comprehensive landscaping package, which featured a new driveway, footpaths, a stunning pool, an alfresco area, fresh turf, and soft landscaping to complete the look.
